Terms of Service

ToolCove is operated by Ophir Prestige Digital LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("we", "us").

Use of tools. Free tools are provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

Pro purchases. Pro access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments for the lifetime of the specific tool. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.

Refunds. If a Pro feature doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable use. Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent payment for the services.
